Hi! I am Melissa Coleman, LMT., the owner and operator of Grounded Wellness in Locust Grove Va. I graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville in 2001 with a Certificate in Medical Massage. Born and raised in the area, it is a blessing to be a part of the community helping others in their wellness journey. I enjoy attending new training sessions allowing me to add new techniques to help my clients.
When I am not massaging I am spending time with family and friends, I enjoy reading, hiking, gardening or most things outside
